Cancellation and Rescheduling:
```

1. If you need to cancel, I ask that you please give me 48 hour notice prior to the start of the session. Payment is billed 4 sessions at a time and is due at the end of the first lesson.  2. Any Cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled tutoring session will result in full payment of the session. I will try with the Student to reschedule within the given week in order to apply payment towards another time slot if possible, but it is not a guarantee. 3. After the 1st cancellation, any lesson that is cancelled within that same month the family is billed the full lesson amount. *Even if rescheduled during the 48 hour period. After 2 cancellations in a 1 month period, student forfeits reserved lesson time and will need to reschedule as their original time slot is no longer guaranteed.    4. I realize that unforeseen circumstances may affect our ability to meet. I will always do my best to accommodate any weather event, illness, or emergency, but I do insist that rescheduling or cancellation be at my discretion.  *If you decide to terminate lessons within a session period (4 sessions) the remainder of sessions is non-refundable.

Expectations 1. I ask that the Student or Guardian inform me if (s)he/they are feeling ill or has a contagious sickness before the session so that we may reschedule – this is out of concern for my own health and that of other children and professionals with whom I work closely. We want to keep everyone healthy and happy! 2. The Student will come prepared to each tutoring session and commit him/herself/themselves to daily review of materials for the agreed amount of time. 3. I ask that the Student or Guardian respond to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. My office hours are Monday-Friday 11am-7pm. Any calls or texts outside these office hours are subject to additional administration fees of $150/hour. 4. The Student, (and Guardian, where applicable) and I will maintain open and regular communication with regards to the progress and concerns of the Student for the duration of the tutoring process.

Billing & Payments

Lessons are billed (4) at a time and require a 48 hour cancellation period. Any lessons cancelled within 48 hours of appointment is charged the full lesson rate of $200.

Any additional time and admin costs are billed at $150/hr in addition to any lesson fees.

Service officiation fees do not include Torah rental or accompanist. Remainder of officiating fee is due 3 months prior to service date. Any late payment paid past 7 days of due date is charged an additional $20 late fee per day.

Payments can be made via Apple Pay, Zelle, ACH, Personal Check or Cash.

There are no refunds/returns or exchanges.

If services are terminated before the 3 months prior to service date, 50% of service fee is due within 24 hours upon termination of services.

If services or lessons take place outside of a 18 mile radius of Los Angeles, travel fees will be applied at the discretion of the tutor.

Late fees for lesson blocks start accruing 1 week after first lesson non-payment at a rate of $10/day.
